After his chat about being a Gradfather the theme is musical advice from Grannies and Grandpas.

Imagine playing I'll Be Your baby Tonight yet again over the excellent suggestion of Baby Stop Crying.
No matter I bounce back with the observation that Bryan celebrates musical youths, from teen idols like Justin Bieber to the young Scot with the big voice, Lulu.

Blog Apology
I have noticed there is a spam section which I should have been checking. There were quite a few posts in there and obviously too late to post them now.
My apologies if you think I was moderating the blog - except I might if anyone posts under my name again.

My old man said follow the van
Not Van The Man....removal van.
Oh never mind..... if you have ever moved house. Not that we had a house we lived in a hedge. I know we were lucky to have a hedge as Glen has to sleep in a hollow in the ground. Mind you lucky he had a hollow DC had to sleep suspended from Pitenweem Pier with a rope round his waist. A pier! Madmac would have given his right arm for a pier he had to sleep on the abutments to teh Erskine Bridge...etc.

Yes are you in your sixties (or older like some visitors here)?
If so post your memories of listening to Athlone, Stars Of Jazz, AFM, Luxembourg etc. Or send direct to Bryan Burnette.
I will be suggesting Van In The Days Before Rock n Roll. But I will be suprised if it gets a play. This is not the same as Julies regular posts along the lines of "I ask for this a hundred times you never play my stuff etc etc". I really doubt it will get played (too long).
