Best way to deal with negative stress is to get some positive stress. Listening to loud music while tacking to windward in a F4+ kinda concentrates the mind on the situation around you and makes you leave work at the workplace
Country Girl - Primal Scream (at the highest volume the speakers can take)
Just about anything from the Still Groovin album by Paul Carrack, pour yourself a long one and put the whole album on.In fact I think I'll probably take that very cure this afternoon in the garden. If I had to go for one track
Groovin' / Paul Carrack
Another album I think still sounds as good as it did when it was first released and would definitely fit the bill, Feel No Fret by AWB. Don't know why it wasn't a bigger success, great album.
Did we give Jesus the link to this Blog? I'd hate to think he missed it and is wandering around in some blogless wilderness. I dont think he got the omnipresence power from his dad you see. Anybody got his email?
I de-stress by pottering about in the garden. There are meant to be vegetables so Neil Young - "Homegrown" would be appropriate. There are none at the moment so Talking Heads - "Nothing but Flowers" or Pulp - "Weeds" seems more like it.
