    Its a song about mistrust where she uses the delusions of someone
    she knows to illustrate why she might not believe everything her
    boyfriend says.

    There is chap who shoves a barrow of pineapples up our street most mornings. Nice guy, he sells them whole or by the slice. In the afternoons he helps his brother harvest coconuts by shaking palm trees on a farm just out of town.
    Now if only there was a song that illustrated his daily grind......
