You ought to see the appeal for tweets on Twitter .. grand sum of approximately eight tweets generated!

Suppose it's still better than Team GB's medal count to date!

  10. There certainly is a Road Runner, the original and the better, see Mr Hoy above :0)

I'm assuming we got it right anyway, they've not felt the need to post a playlist.

    1. It's not like the old days when you got the afternoon off work to go and do a four minute mile. These people do nothing else but run and jump and have access to piles of sponsorship money, the finest trainers, physiotherapists and sports psychologists (not to mention performance-enhancing drugs)and they still can't scrape together enough effort to win a lousy bronze medal.

  20. From Tom Lehrer, Wernher Von Bronze

Gather round while I sing you of Wernher von Bronze
A man whose allegiance is ruled by expedience
Call him a Nazi, and he merely yawns
"Ha, Nazi schmazi," says Wernher von Bronze

    Don't say that he's hypocritical
    Say rather that he's apolitical
"Hey there Fritz get your tanks off our lawns"
"That's not my department," says Wernher von Bronze

(Sung to the tune of White Christmas)
