      I just did a search for question marks. I think there should be a lot more but they often omit the question mark. I have no idea what's on the list.

      No so sure Billy.
      Despite what you're hearing on the BBC about heat, humidity and altitude, two of their three games are in Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte where it will be quite cool at this time of year. I dont know where they get the altitude thing from.
