i think they are stretching it to see how far can be got with heavy mediocrity....the first effort with the drama about 'the jannie' was clearly a dummy run......and with the oil money diminished they might have to trawl woodlands road for a two quid comic....

    1. My wife's at an André Rieu concert. It was a bequest from a friend. We were at a wedding on Friday where The Cosmic Dead played - The Miami Showband they were not. Glasgow flamencoist R. M. Hubbert played too - he's very good. See all of them on Youtube.

    2. Still here Adam. No s'hair what the theme is, or even if the show still exists these days! I took a nostalgic stroll through the last blog and I have to say that the show has gone right downhill since then.

  11. .....i'd like to hear how readers chose what music they buy....i'm impulse....if its playing in the shop then i buy it....recently its the new pink floyd....any opinions?....i introduced it last night on the way to the cathedrals midnight service....the crowd in the back of the car talked through it discussing customers eating the wrong pakora...while the front seat passenger thought it was a load of old blokes playing rubbish...i think its ok in a driving through glencoe late at night type of music....anyway apparently its their last ever...i wouldnt say i was a floyd expert...any here?.....

happy xmas all and the choir singing in the cathedral was beautiful...i remember the summer of '12 going regularly to evensong in chichester cathedral....the music of the future....

    3. If Floyd wis tae re market this 'last ever' CD as 'Pink Floyd - The out takes', then in would be ok.

Unfortunately, for me, thi album is not on a par with any previous stuff. Listenable, but that's about it.

Sorry Mr Gilmour if you're reading this by the way.......
