    3. They're 'popular tonight' though. Has Ellie Goulding murdered any Beatles classics?

    5. Nope... that decision rests with the great Jehovah.

BTW did my YMO's Day Tripper make the playlist?

  2. The wedding music theme is attracting predictably bland suggestions.

    1. It's not nuclear physics, you pick a theme and play a few records. There are plenty of unemployed people who'd be more than happy to take over.

    2. He's a bit thin-skinned - I merely suggested he might be happier in another job.

    3. Nothing wrong with that... he's always doing athletics events, celebrity radio presenter facilitating, hosting or chairing a conference, gala dinner or awards ceremonies, C.I.N. etc.

    7. Could be Mr Road Kill was just not keen on the marriage theme given his wife, after years of mental torture, has finally left him and run off with the man from the RSPCA.

  5. Song session in school yesterday afternoon for our wee dept (18 kids) was led by none other than Rab Noakes.Didn't even know it was happening till we were sent for, I sat down behind the kids, looked up and there he was, unmistakable. Not sure if anyone else in the school realised how honoured we were, but the kids enjoyed the singalong.
