Sorry

Sorry for not updating on a more regular basis.

Sounds like a good lyric to me...where is Mr R Ross when you need him?

  1. Ricky?

He's an irritating %^&*, but still preferable to Jonathan.

Sorry seems to be the hardest word for Woss & Bwand.

    Rankers.

  5. Tonight's theme seems to have changed to what your favourite song lyrics are.

  6. Ever on the lookout for some great new music, I suddenly perceived the blindingly obvious that had so far eluded me: artists with beards make the best songs.
Women of Ghent by The Phantom Band, please Bryan, did I tell you how I got to say hello to Rick Redbeard this summer? What'ya mean I'm still banned, talk about bearing a grudge..

    2. I see it's now been extended to moustaches. What next, armpit hair?

    3. Ridiculous Billy. And nobody says anything.
Pleased to see it only took to the third post for the "And believe it or not the only one without a beard..." to get a mention.

  7. Well Scotch I listened to all JR's stand ins on Alison Again and I have to admit he seems to have lost his edge. Not nearly as good as his Saturday morning shows before the sacking..
I think a lot is down to him not having his sidekick Andy in the studio with him.
Some DJs can still do it alone like the old days (Mark Radcliffe) but others need the rapport (Stuart Maconie for example). Of course the likes of Johnnie Walker (dont like him much, but still. The 70s show is good) and Tony Blackburn still know how to go solo.
